Working on the field of the civil society is going to be extended mission of NGO SC Delcevo for strengthening the capacity of NGOs in the region.
2. Cross-border collaboration and rural development
This program is a result of the huge interest in EU funds and a good possibility for collaboration between the countries, especially with Republic of Bulgaria.

This program will fulfill the need of informing the population of the region for EU and the process of integration of Macedonia to EU.
