The Civil Association Regional Advocacy Center (RAC) was formed as a result of the transformation of NGO SC-Delcevo.
Established in October 2006 year, located in Delcevo.
RAC is non-profit, non-government and non-party organization established by free willing of the citizens who are representative of NGO, representative of business sector and representatives of local government with aim to continue with basic function of the NGO SC-Delcevo, strengthening the civil society.
